Key Responsibilities
  • Software Implementation & Support: Assist in delivering and deploying Swan and Epos Bureau products, as well as related software such as Customer Ordering App, FUSE, Swan Mobile, TRIMSm, Omnisend, BalancePay, and Cymba.
  • Project Coordination: Support project managers in planning, coordinating, and managing software implementations and customer training sessions.
  • Customer Training & Consultation: Deliver engaging training sessions and consultations, helping customers make the most of our software.
