Requirements:

To succeed as a Digital Advertising Strategist at Mons Royale, you will need:

Experience & Technical Expertise:
• 3+ years experience in paid digital advertising, media buying, performance marketing, or lead generation.
• Proven experience managing monthly ad budgets of $10,000+.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Blueprint certified preferred) and Google Ads (certified preferred).
• Understanding of performance marketing KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, Conversion Rate, AOV.
• Experience with Triple Whale for tracking and attribution.
• Comfortable working with Google Analytics, Shopify, or other eCommerce platforms.

Additional Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience working in eCommerce and/or outdoor, action sports, or apparel industries.
• Knowledge of emerging paid media trends and platforms beyond Meta & Google.
• Experience and understanding of SEO for eCommerce & Shopify
