Remote Learning and Development Specialist

The Mindrift platform provides a flexible environment for experts to contribute to various tasks, from creating training prompts to refining AI responses.

This role offers the unique opportunity to contribute to AI development from anywhere, at any time, without requiring developer skills.

About The Project

Our objective is to make Generative AI models capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills.

In this capacity, you will develop complex question-answer pairs and create scoring criteria (rubrics) to evaluate response quality.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Generating prompts that challenge the AI and may result in incorrect responses
  • Defining comprehensive scoring criteria to assess the correctness of AI answers

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should hold a Master's degree or PhD in relevant fields, including Pedagogy, Education, Pedagogical Design, Educational Technology, and more.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven teaching experience at schools and universities
  • Familiarity with different pedagogical frameworks, learner types, and ability levels
  • Proficient level of English (C2)
  • Able to create engaging content through personalization and gamification
  • Adaptability to new methods and guidelines
