As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing daily, monthly, and yearly reporting for key stakeholders. You will interpret and analyse raw data to create insightful reports and dashboards using relevant statistical techniques.

You will also monitor parts invoicing to ensure accuracy, reflecting this in JDE. Furthermore, you will analyse data to accurately forecast the annual parts and accessories budget. Additionally, you will support increasing parts & accessory sales to stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of daily, monthly, and yearly reporting for key stakeholders
  • Interpretation and analysis of raw data to create insightful reports and dashboards
  • Monitoring of parts invoicing to ensure accuracy
  • Data analysis to accurately forecast the annual parts and accessories budget
  • Support of increasing parts & accessory sales to stores
Requirements:
  • A relevant tertiary level qualification (preferably in finance or business)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Great organisational skills
  • The ability to build strong relationships and communicate with internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels on a regular basis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Analytical skills – the ability to interpret data to make quick decisions
