Auckland One Rail is committed to providing exceptional customer experiences across its network.

We are seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to join our team on a full-time, fixed-term basis. Based at Waitematā/Britomart station, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality customer service and ensuring that customers have a positive experience when interacting with us.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. They will also be fully capable of meeting the physical and medical requirements of the role.

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless customer interactions. You will be allocated shifts on a rotating basis, working 40 hours per week across a seven-day roster. Penalty rates and allowances apply, and you must be able to work weekends and public holidays as required.

This is an entry-level position and a great opportunity to learn the ropes in a fast-paced environment. If you live in the city (or close to it) or have reliable transport to and from Waitematā/Britomart, we encourage you to apply.
