PERi-PERi Chicken Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced shift leader or manager to join our team as a PERi-PERi Chicken Restaurant Supervisor. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading by example and ensuring that every customer has a memorable dining experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and coach your team members to deliver exceptional service and quality food.
  • Run restaurants brilliantly, serving up high-quality food and making every customer feel welcome.
  • Improve restaurant performance through data-driven decision-making and innovative problem-solving.

What You'll Need

  • A passion for grilling our legendary PERi-PERi chicken.
  • Experience in casual dining or similar is preferred, but not essential.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
