Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading workshops and meetings to gather feedback and promote engagement with impacted teams and users.
  • Delivering technical change analysis and guidance in various formats tailored to diverse audiences and objectives.
  • Coaching and supporting project teams and stakeholders throughout the change process, uplifting people leader change capability.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in change management in a large-scale, complex setting and strong analytical abilities. They will also bring excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, as well as experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
