Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Senior Neurodevelopment Therapist to join our Child Development Team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with paediatric populations (0-2 ½ years) in a transdisciplinary holistic manner.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver therapeutic interventions, orthotics, and equipment prescriptions to children with a range of diagnoses.
  • Work in partnership with patients, whaanau, and other healthcare providers to assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate outcomes of care.
  • Provide support and guidance to children with disabilities and their families.

Requirements

  • New Zealand registered Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist with a current practising certificate.
  • Minimum of 5 years recent paediatric clinical experience.
  • Relevant clinical experience and knowledge of physiotherapy or occupational therapy practice in neurological rehabilitation, preferably paediatric.
