Healthcare Administrator

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Medical Receptionist. As a key member of our front desk, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our patients.
This is a Permanent position working 32-42.5 hours across 5 days from Monday to Friday.

As a receptionist, you will report to the Medical Centre Manager and enjoy exposure to:
- Greeting and checking in patients on arrival,
- Thrive in a busy environment,
- Answering incoming telephone calls,
- Booking appointments on phone and in person,
- Invoicing and collecting fees from patients,
- Administrative tasks as needed.
- Experience in administration and working in teams,
- Experience in healthcare (preferably),
- Focus,
- Friendliness,
- Reliability,
- A professional attitude, great customer service, and a meticulous eye for detail,
- Enjoy working in a diverse environment,
- Experience with NZ Practice Management System,
- Decision making and problem solving skills.
The successful applicant will be flexible with hours, methodical with a systems orientation, and have a good head for numbers as well as good people skills.
