About the Role
The Customer Success Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients by building trusted advisor relationships and driving higher employee engagement with our wellbeing solutions. This position involves meeting with clients to promote and coordinate the delivery of key services, creating high levels of customer engagement, and managing renewals.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting with clients to ensure their EAP program is well promoted and supported
  • Promoting and coordinating the delivery of key services for customers
  • Creating high levels of customer engagement
  • Working closely with operational and clinical colleagues
  • Managing and negotiating renewals
