Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our team at Inghamdriven, a leading automotive group in New Zealand. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring warranty claims are submitted accurately and on time.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify warranty claims to ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements.
  • Reconcile payments, shortfalls, and over-payments with manufacturers.
  • Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, approvals, and rejections.
  • Liaise with service technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and documentation of warranty-related repairs.
  • Implement quality control measures to reduce warranty claim rejections and disputes.

Requirements:

  • A current clean full NZ Driver's Licence.
  • Ability to multi-task and cope under pressure situations.
  • Professional approach and excellent communication skills.
