Music Instructor

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Music Tutor to lead engaging and educational music sessions for our participants.

Responsibilities:

• Teaching basic to intermediate guitar skills to participants.
• Providing instruction in African drumming techniques and rhythms.
• Preparing lesson plans that are engaging and accessible to all skill levels.
• Encouraging and motivating students to develop their musical abilities.
• Creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Assisting with community events where music can be incorporated.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in playing the guitar and African drums.
• Experience in teaching or mentoring (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for music and cultural education.
• Must pass a background check to ensure the safety and integrity of our programmes.
