Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Civil Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives;
  • Developing and implementing project plans, budgets, and schedules;
  • Coordinating with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers;
  • Maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners;
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations;
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed;

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, project management, or a related field. You should have a strong background in project management principles, techniques, and tools, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
