Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Category/Shopper Marketing Specialist to join our team, supporting the Tea Category Manager in building and executing shopper and category plans. You'll lead the development of all tea shopper activations, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure excellent execution and drive growth across key customers.
Key Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong background in marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Prior experience in FMCG or a similar role is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Indesign, and Illustrator.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset and a valid unrestricted work visa.
