Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal or Vice Principal to join our dynamic administrative team. As a leader in our district, you will play a key role in shaping the educational vision and direction of our schools. About the Role
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of curriculum development, and experience in administration. They will also be able to provide guidance and support to teachers and staff, and promote a culture of collaboration and innovation within the school.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the school
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans to meet the needs of students
  • Mentor and coach teachers to improve instructional practices
  • Foster a positive and inclusive school culture
  • Work collaboratively with other administrators to achieve district goals

Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must hold a valid B.C. Professional Teaching Certificate and have a Master's degree in Educational Leadership or a related field. They must also demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of leadership and administrative experience.
