At Move Logistics Group, we are a trusted provider of services to New Zealand cities. We contract to councils and private companies for waste removal, road sweeping, graffiti removal, water blasting, pavement cleaning and more.
We require confident drivers with a Class 4 licence to join our Hamilton team as multi-skilled drivers/operators, driving both Class 2 and Class 4 trucks.
This role is based in Hamilton (rural and urban roads); however, you must be flexible to work across the Waikato district when required.
Your main duties will be to drive our Super Truck (with an assistant) and learn to operate our other specialised Sweeper Truck. Experience in driving and operating these vehicles/machines is not required (as full training will be given). However, experience in more than delivery driving is required.
This is a full-time role, 45 hours per week. You must also be willing to learn all aspects of the work that we do.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Awareness and adherence to health and safety requirements
- The ability to work unsupervised
- Physical fitness and presentability
- Basic computer literacy skills
We prioritise the health and safety of our employees and the public. You will be required to wear appropriate protective equipment.
