- A tertiary education in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
- Experience delivering and facilitating therapeutic interventions, ideally group therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to build positive relationships with participants and stakeholders
- Knowledge of Maori culture, protocols, and people, and ability to apply kuapapa Maori practice in your work
