We are seeking an experienced Claim Consultant to join our Business Property teams in Auckland, Wellington, or Christchurch. As a key partner of our business, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide market-leading solutions for Business Property claims across all classes of Business claims, ensuring that customers receive the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized customer solutions for Business Property claims, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective claim resolution.
- Manage customer relationships, interactions, and expectations to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and adherence to our service promise.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external business partners to promote Vero's market presence, brand perception, and effective claims outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes, participating in testing and implementation to enhance the overall efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our Claims Practice.
- Maintain a risk-aware mindset, adhering to VNZ processes and procedures, and championing a risk culture within the organization.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in claims management and resolution, with a proven track record of high-level customer interaction competency and ability to find sensible solutions to progress claims efficiently.
- Strong customer service and conversation capabilities, active listening, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
