- Supervise late guest arrivals and early departures, ensuring room allocations and check-in/check-out processes are customer-focused and follow set procedures.">
- Run reports and compile statistical information as required by finance policies and procedures.">
- Compile Night Audit day pack reports and documents in accordance with PCI Compliance, distributing them to specific departments in a timely manner.">
- Complete computer system backups and save them in accordance with finance policies and procedures.">
- Process guest account transactions.">
- Respond quickly to all guest concerns and follow up with relevant departments.">
- Lead the Night team.">
- Manage the security and safety of both hotel guests and employees.">
Requirements
">We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:
">- ">
- A current GM Certificate or the ability to obtain one (candidates must have an LCQ certificate and 3 months of supervisory experience at a licensed premises in NZ).">
- 1 year previous front office experience at a management level.">
- Prior experience with night auditing, Opera Cloud, Accounting, ResaWeb, ACDC is advantageous.">
- Proficient knowledge of computer systems such as: Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe.">
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.">
- Experience managing invoices, floats and guest folios.">
- Knowledge of emergency procedures and general health and safety procedures.">
