Therapist for Mental Health Services

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Tāwhirimātea, a 29-bed unit providing safe care and rehabilitation services to individuals with enduring mental illness.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing specialist assessment and treatment to clients, working collaboratively with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, their families, and the healthcare team.
About the RoleThis is a full-time permanent position, requiring a NZ Registered Occupational Therapist with current annual practicing certificate and a Full drivers license.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for occupational therapy and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative team environment.
