We are seeking an exceptional Student Admissions Team Leader to lead our Admissions team and drive the delivery of excellent student experiences. As a key member of our Student Services department, you will be responsible for leading a team of Admission Advisors and/or Specialists through the Admissions cycle, meeting University strategic objectives and supporting the achievement of KPIs.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Admission Advisors and/or Specialists through the Admissions cycle
- Meet University strategic objectives and support the achievement of KPIs
- Collaborate with service partners to deliver excellent student experiences
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve student outcomes
- Contribute to the growth and development of your skillset and career
About You
We are looking for an experienced team leader who is a confident communicator with great interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience leading a team in a high-volume, high-intensity environment
