Lead Our Health, Safety & Wellbeing Team

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Health, Safety & Wellbeing team in either Christchurch or Wellington. As the National Health and Safety Lead, you will be at the forefront of our safety and wellbeing journey, driving key initiatives that achieve outstanding wellbeing outcomes for all.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner closely with our clinical and quality teams to lead the development of a HSW vision and strategy, and implement a robust health and safety management system. Provide leadership that fosters a culture of continuous improvement and a deep commitment to safety. Champion multidisciplinary projects and programs, such as the psychosocial critical risk assessment and control implementation program. Spearhead the design and development of an impactful employee wellbeing program.

Requirements:
A post graduate degree in occupational health and safety, social work, or a related discipline. At least 5 years' experience working in a similar health and safety leadership role. A proven track record of successfully leading health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives in a comparable setting. Strong industry knowledge and an established network of key contacts in the sector.
