Business Development Manager

At NZME New Zealand, we are a leading media company with over 50 brands across the country. Our team is passionate about delivering innovative solutions to our clients, and we're looking for a Business Development Manager to join us.
The main objective of this role is to achieve sales targets and growth for the Real Estate category within your region by maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
To excel in this role, you will:
- Develop annual strategies for key accounts, focusing on growth and yield targets.
- Lead the charge on new business development within the Real Estate category, identifying opportunities for revenue generation.
- Champion the full range of NZME's products to deliver comprehensive advertising solutions that meet client objectives.
- Uphold NZME's core values by always putting the audience first and demonstrating leadership and innovation in your approach.
About You:
- A degree in commerce or media studies and 2+ years' experience in account management, preferably in a high-energy, sales-driven environment.
- Strong customer service ethic, continuously looking for opportunities to improve customer service and engagement through intensified relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively to build trust with clients, other team members, and stakeholders.
