We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations and projects across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate project activities, ensuring effective resourcing, scheduling, prioritization, task management, and delivery within timeframes.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals, manage inquiries, resolve contract issues, and advise senior management.
- Collect and analyze project data, manage business cases, cost tracking, and align third-party priorities with stakeholder requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for internal teams and external partners, ensure compliance with Euronet's global security standards and AML/KYC requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a complex project management role or environment with strong knowledge and application of project management methodologies.
- Experience with third-party integrations, data migration projects, and project planning and network tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
- Able to collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams, working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong documentation, knowledge management, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven experience in project planning, implementation, migration, and change management, with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
