Job Summary
The Lead System Controls Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining advanced control systems algorithms for off-highway industrial machinery. This role requires a strong background in control system algorithm development and experience with MATLAB/Simulink.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop control law algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink or C/C++
- Develop and validate non-linear vehicle dynamics plant models
- Evaluate algorithms in simulations and target environments
- Support integration and performance validation on real-time hardware/operating systems
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in control system algorithm development for mechanical dynamic systems
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink development
- Experience in test, verification, validation, and productization of algorithms
- Familiarity with requirements decomposition and management tools
