Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our multi-disciplinary maintenance team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team to deliver 24/7 maintenance cover for our extensive complex
  • Triaging jobs raised and planned maintenance tasks across our hotel rooms, motels, lodge, and staff accommodation
  • Ensuring all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems are maintained and used as outlined in department SOPs

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of six months' experience in HVAC, generators, and mechanical systems or similar
  • Prior experience in property maintenance
  • A full clean NZ Driver's license as a minimum
  • Experience building, developing, and leading teams
