Job Description

The purpose of this role is to promote and develop Avanti Finance Group in its chosen Automotive markets by driving our experienced sales team to success and creating strong value-add relationships with key partners (new and existing) throughout New Zealand.

This includes:

  • Driving Avanti's Strategic Vision – Executing Avanti's strategy to sell comprehensive finance offerings, ensuring strong recognition and utilisation across all market segments.
  • Gathering and analysing market insights to enhance understanding, identify opportunities, and drive the development of innovative products that attract new customer relationships.
  • Expanding and strengthening Avanti's Introducer network, fostering deep and lasting relationships across all areas of the business.
  • Empowering Avanti's team of relationship managers across the country, ensuring they have the tools, support, and strategic direction needed to excel.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • An excellent understanding of Avanti's New Business strategy and long-term goals with specific focus on the Auto Market.
  • Proactive establishment of new referral networks with Dealers and with Motor Vehicle Distributors.
  • The ability to establish their own strategy and key focuses to assist in meeting new business budgets each month.
  • The ability to provide detailed input into the wider Sales / Marketing Plan.
  • A working knowledge of the computer systems used and their applications.
  • A working knowledge of relevant legislation including the CCCFA Act.
