Econometrics Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Healthcare Analytics Specialist to join our team at Synapxe. In this critical position, you will analyze healthcare service utilization and optimize operations within the Ministry of Health (MOH), driving data-driven decision-making and fostering a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Apply econometrics and data science techniques to understand healthcare utilization patterns.
• Work closely with policy, cluster, and research partners to integrate domain expertise and elevate analysis quality.
• Conduct thorough reviews of healthcare operations and resource requirements.
• Use data science methods to monitor, forecast, and optimize patient demand and healthcare supplies.
• Validate and refine analytical approaches to ensure alignment with evolving best practices.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive monitoring and reporting system to provide timely insights to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree in Operations Research, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Business Analytics.
• Proficiency in a scientific computing language (R, Python, or Stata).
• Proven experience applying econometrics and data science techniques to healthcare analysis.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with policy, cluster, and research partners.
