About the Job

This IT technical support specialist role is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic and diverse environment in the financial services sector. As part of a global corporate IT department, you will provide technical assistance to end users across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and deploy desktop equipment for new joiners and existing team members
  • Provide technical assistance to 500+ end users of IT services across NZ and the wider APAC region
  • PC hardware support
  • Efficiently manage a ticketing queue within our APAC region
  • Provide day-to-day technical support for internal desktop and laptop systems, servers, and the associated network infrastructure
  • Install software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches, and resolve software-related problems
  • Document and maintain desktop build documentation and user how-to guides
