Financial Documentation Expert
Lighthouse Financial is seeking an experienced Financial Documentation Expert to join our team. As a Credit Writer, you will be responsible for creating and reviewing loan applications, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with lending policies.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting and reviewing loan applications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicating with clients and lenders to clarify information and strengthen applications.
  • Managing multiple applications while meeting deadlines.
  • Ensuring all applications comply with lender guidelines and regulations.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience writing or reviewing loans in a bank, non-bank, or mortgage brokerage setting (1-2 years).
  • A strong ability to review and refine financial information.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills to ensure clarity in applications.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Work eligibility: Must be legally allowed to work in New Zealand without restriction, and available to work in our Auckland office.
