About the Role

This role is a unique blend of design scheduling and continuous improvement analysis, playing a critical part in ensuring that electricity design projects are efficiently scheduled and delivered on time while also identifying opportunities to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and implement innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule & Optimise Design Workflows – Manage electricity design project timelines, track progress, and coordinate a design programme of work.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement – Analyse workflows, identify process enhancements, and support change management initiatives.
  • Enhance Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to improve efficiency and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Leverage Data & Technology – Use analytics and reporting tools to drive smart decision-making, implement automation, and explore AI-driven efficiencies.
  • Support Performance & Quality – Monitor internal & contractor design performance and maintain accountability for design delivery standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Industry Knowledge – Experience in electricity distribution, design processes, or project management.
  • Scheduling Expertise – Ability to organise, plan and programme multiple design projects.
  • Analytical Mindset – Skilled in data analysis, workflow optimisation, and process improvement.
  • Change Management – Understanding of how to implement improvements effectively within teams.
  • Communication & Collaboration – Ability to build strong relationships and work across multiple teams.
