Job Description
The Senior Business Systems Analyst will play a critical role in enhancing systems for one of our clients using cloud technology. This long-term programme of work requires an agile mindset with the ability to quickly adapt to changes that occur.
As a senior BA, your work will vary from day to day and can include tasks such as requirements facilitation, design input, and client meetings. You will be responsible for defining user, functional, and technical requirements, scope and change management, and assisting in the preparation of project workbooks, estimates, and schedules.
You will also be expected to apply process and quality principles, policies, and procedures, interpret and understand contractual deliverables, including SLAs, and assist in the preparation of business cases, feasibility studies, and other business development initiatives.
In addition, you will conduct interviews and facilitate workshops to elicit requirements, develop and conduct training activities for peers and clients, and participate in responses to sales tenders (internal and external).
This role involves working at a mixture of sites, including working from home, on-site with the customer, and at the Dxc office in Wellington. The determination of your work location will be based on a range of factors to ensure both individual preferences and operational requirements are met.
