About the Role
This Tuesday to Saturday, 40 hours per week role requires an experienced fashion retail professional to join our team as a Store Manager at our Albany store.
You will be passionate about creating an unforgettable customer experience, driving sales, and going above and beyond expectations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in developing and coaching a team
- Previous leadership experience, ideally in retail
- Able to provide a genuine and unique customer experience
- Previous Visual Merchandising experience working from a brief
- Proven ability to achieve sales and KPIs while controlling wage spend and stock loss targets
