We provide 24/7 support to people with disabilities in New Zealand through our Rotorua Residential Services.

Our Support Workers play a vital role in empowering individuals to live fully, have equal opportunities, and achieve their ambitions.

As a Support Worker, you will be part of a team that provides a safe environment where people can develop confidence and new skills, build friendships with peers, and interact with others in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • SUPPORT PEOPLE WITH VARIOUS ASPECTS OF DAILY LIFE
  • HELP THEM TO DO THE THINGS THEY WANT TO DO
  • PROVIDE PERSONAL CARE, SUPPORT WITH MEALS, HOUSEHOLD MANAGEMENT TASKS, AND TEACHING LIFE SKILLS

Requirements

  • Full driver's licence essential
  • Energetic and outgoing personality
  • Flexibility to work overnight shifts across a roster, including weekends
