Waikato Hand Rehabilitation Therapist

About the Job: As a Waikato Hand Rehabilitation Therapist, you will play a key role in the rehabilitation of patients with upper limb injuries and conditions. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve patient outcomes. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care and achieve optimal results for our patients.
About You: To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in hand therapy, including knowledge of upper limb anatomy and experience in providing care to clients with traumatic upper limb conditions. Registration with either Te Poari Whakaora Ngangahau o Aotearoa or Te Poari Tiaki Tinana o Aotearoa is essential. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
