Job Summary:

The Business Development Director will be responsible for driving revenue and profitability in the appliances category. Key responsibilities include leading category reviews, pricing strategy, and portfolio management to maximize growth. You will utilize data-driven insights to craft compelling business cases and influence decision-making.

  • You will manage multiple key accounts, building strong partnerships and navigating unique account dynamics.
  • You will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize supply chain, marketing efforts, and sales execution.
  • You will identify and implement new product opportunities and go-to-market strategies.

About You:
We are looking for someone with a proven track record selling products into mass retail accounts ideally at Head Office level. You must be analytical and understand metrics around revenue and profitability including pricing and promotion strategies, rebate impact, product P&L, and stock metrics.
