The Role

We are seeking an experienced solution selling Business Development Manager to join our Real Time Logistics team in Auckland, NZ. This role focuses on business development, selling innovative solutions, and providing account management with support from leading IT technology and software providers. The successful candidate will nurture existing client relationships, drive new business opportunities, and leverage Dematic's outstanding reputation in the logistics and automation space.


Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their key requirements and supporting business objectives
  • Utilize industry knowledge and networking to develop new leads and prospects within the logistics market
  • Monitor satisfaction of customer requirements from enquiry through to implementation and on-going servicing
  • Represent company solutions and services by developing a deep understanding of customer supply chain operations
  • Develop and maintain effective on-going relationships with WMS/ERP companies, industry consultants, and partner companies
