Culinary Specialist

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Deerfield Nursing and Rehabilitation. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for our residents, while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Cooking and preparing a variety of meals, including entrees, sides, and desserts.
2. Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
3. Managing inventory and supplies to ensure efficient meal preparation and service.
4. Collaborating with the dietary services team to develop menus and implement new recipes.

Requirements:

• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Diploma or certification in culinary arts or related field preferred.
