About the Opportunity
This Marketing Leader - Coffee Industry role is a unique chance to join our team at Phoenix Capital and take on a leadership position in driving business growth for our beloved coffee brand Moccona. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and will be able to leverage their expertise to drive sales growth and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan that drives sales growth and brand awareness.
  • Managing all marketing activities, including local packaging, communication, innovation projects, and new product developments.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with local media and brand agencies.
  • Collaborating closely with the Australian marketing team on plans and strategies, as well as their implementation.

About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who has a proven track record in delivering successful marketing and brand strategies. Key qualifications and skills include:
  • A bachelor's degree, ideally in Marketing.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Brand Manager roles, preferably with other well-known brands within FMCG.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills – both internal and external.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • A passion for coffee and a connection to our brands.
