Our Christchurch Men's Prison Redevelopment Programme is a multi-year phased infrastructure project that will have a significant impact on the correctional system. The programme will deliver new high-security accommodation and supporting amenities for both staff and prisoners, improving living and working conditions.

We are looking for a Project Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Programme team. This includes managing diaries, coordinating meetings and travel, handling logistics, and assisting with document preparation, minute taking, and presentation materials creation.

The successful candidate will bring strong knowledge of administrative processes, systems, and technology, as well as experience in providing efficient and effective administrative support. They will also possess advanced computer skills across the Microsoft Office suite and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
