Grounds Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Grounds Maintenance Assistant to join our team. As our new team member, you will be working across both North and South Auckland, dependent on company requirements.
You will be supported by various Team Leaders on site while developing your horticultural skills and seasonal knowledge to ensure that all gardens reflect a very high standard.
This role is a great opportunity for someone ready to challenge themselves within a company that thrives on providing excellence in service and a standard that all of us on the team believe in and deliver with pride.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and upkeep of existing clients' lawns and gardens.
- Carrying out a variety of tasks which could include planting, mowing, and sports field renovations.
- Covering for team members when they are away.
- Working across North and South Auckland wherever the work is required.
To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for garden maintenance, knowing that the work you produce makes a real difference. You will be self-motivated, have good time management skills, and be keen to grow your horticultural skills.
- A full valid driver's license - class 2 would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Experience in mowing, horticulture, or sports maintenance.
- Familiarity with machinery.
- Physically fit.
- Flexible as it's a varied role.
