Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled nurse to join our team as an Acute Surgical Care Team Lead. As a leader on our team, you will oversee the assessment and treatment of patients in our assessment unit.
About the Position
- You will be responsible for leading the assessment and treatment process in our assessment unit.
- You will work closely with the surgical team to ensure that patients receive high-quality care.
- You will have opportunities to develop and extend your leadership skills through ongoing training and education.
About You
- To be considered for this position, you must have a current New Zealand annual practicing certificate and a minimum of 3 years acute surgical nursing experience.
- You should have demonstrated proven leadership skills, advanced assessment skills, and excellent communication skills.
- You must be able to work rotating shifts and commit to quality service.
