About the Role

This position requires a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for data management. The successful candidate will work closely with field staff and other stakeholders to ensure efficient, accurate, and up-to-date systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage asset data and ensure high-quality data. Help set up hardware and software systems for data collection and provide training for field staff.
  • Contribute to asset planning, demand analysis, and maintenance programs. Provide data for decision-making.
  • Participate in the ongoing development and maintenance of data improvement plans. Implement process improvements for data collection and transfer.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and address issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in information technology or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in relational databases and data mining.
  • Familiarity with GIS (Geographical Information Systems).
  • Knowledge of asset management principles and IT systems.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
