We service and maintain a variety of plant and equipment, including splits, package units, inline fans, and AHUs.
">About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining air conditioning and ventilation systems, diagnosing faults, and confidently liaising with clients to represent the company in the best possible way.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Expertly servicing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning and ventilation systems
- Diagnosing faults and identifying areas for improvement
- Liaising with clients to provide exceptional customer service
- Maintaining accurate service records and delivering high-quality results
- Taking a leadership role on-site and within the team, promoting a positive and collaborative environment
- Driving the development of junior technicians and apprentices, providing guidance and support as needed
- Installing AC and ventilation systems, including splits, VRF, duct, fans, and ducting, as required
Requirements and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will possess:
">- A minimum of 10 years of overall experience, including prior experience in a similar role
- A valid driver's license
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to perform well under pressure
- Great people skills with a willingness to build strong relationships (internal and external)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
