**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly organised and skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in the Hutt Valley/Wellington region.

The successful candidate will possess strong administrative skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office files.
  • Assist with data entry and other clerical duties as required.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional office environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
