Microbiologist Specialist

Job Summary
The Microbiologist I will be responsible for assisting the quality control microbiological aspects of cGMP compliance and testing at our laboratory. This position requires an individual with a strong background in microbiology, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect environmental monitoring samples from cleanrooms and controlled environments.
• Sample utility monitoring systems, compressed gas, and process gas systems.
• Autoclave materials and components for use in the QC laboratory.
• Routine cleaning and maintenance of the laboratory.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, or related field; OR, High School Diploma or GED with 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Ability to analyze raw data and assess assay suitability criteria.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, use hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity.
