Agricultural Visionary

As a key member of our client's leadership team, you will provide strategic direction to drive sustainable growth and cultural alignment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and delivering strategic initiatives that balance commercial excellence with cultural stewardship
• Oversight of operations, stakeholder management, health and safety, compliance, change management, and leading innovation and continuous improvement

Your success will be measured by your ability to navigate complex systems, build strong relationships, and lead large-scale farming operations.

In addition to 10+ years of progressive leadership in the primary sector, you will have a track record of developing and delivering strategic initiatives, being financially astute, and being an effective communicator. You will also possess high levels of cultural intelligence, allowing you to navigate te ao Māori and balance sustainable growth with environmental stewardship.

A Master's degree in Agricultural Science, Business Administration, or a related field, as well as membership in relevant industry bodies, is highly desirable. If you are a motivated leader who can inspire and influence others, we want to hear from you.
