**Key Objectives**

We are looking for a seasoned Customer Success Strategist to lead our Big Data customer success efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Big Data, AI, or Data Science and at least 5 years of experience in Training, Customer Success, or managing a book of business.

The Customer Success Strategist will work closely with our Sales, Field Engineering, and Professional Services teams to deliver customer outcomes, including but not limited to, training revenue, learner, and credential goals. They will be responsible for creating and leading programs that drive customer adoption and success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create enablement strategies aligned with customer segment needs.
  • Partner with global training teams (Delivery and Operations) to execute training and development plans.
  • Report on customer success metrics and guide actions from field teams.
  • Develop and manage enablement content and credentials.
  • Engage with Senior Leadership and Executives to ensure customer success.
