We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Manager to lead our demand planning team, driving alignment and development across the function. In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives and best practices in demand planning and forecasting, ensuring alignment to meet customer needs.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in demand planning and supply chain management within a complex environment, with a strong focus on Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). They will also possess proven leadership skills, including the ability to lead change management across planning functions and diverse teams.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage the Demand Planning function
- Develop, mentor and coach the team of demand planning professionals
- Lead the design and development of Demand Planning processes, standards & routines
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of advanced digital demand planning tools and systems
About You:
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentational skills
- Demonstrated experience in the use of advanced digital planning and forecasting tools
- Strong understanding of digital planning processes, including AI-driven forecasting, predictive analytics, and machine learning applications in planning
