We operate over 400 Playcentres throughout the country, providing a unique and engaging environment for tamariki to grow and develop.

**Job Description**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Learning Facilitator to join our vibrant Playcentre community. As a key member of our team, you will work alongside members and tamariki to guide session activities, facilitate learning using child-led play and positive guidance, support planning and assessment for learning, and contribute to the development of our education programme.

**Responsibilities**

  • Guide session activities and facilitate learning using child-led play and positive guidance
  • Support planning and assessment for learning
  • Contribute to the development of our education programme

**Requirements**

  • Hold a Playcentre Course 3 qualification or higher or an Early Childhood qualification of Level 4 or higher
  • Hold a current First Aid Certificate or be willing to achieve this
  • Desirable skills and experience include knowledge and understanding of Te Whariki, commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and passion for empowering and engaging with all whanau to feel a sense of belonging in our sessions
